Innovating the Science of Cannabis

Vedic Testing Laboratories, powered by “Ayurvedic Pharmaceuticals inc” objective is to provide ISO 17025 accredited cannabis testing services to growers and dispensaries throughout the state of California.
Providing access to State-of-the-Artequipment such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), will ensure the safety requirements of cannabis products sold to the consuming public. By setting the laboratory in the Coachella Valley , Our access is key for local growers, as well as having access to major transportation hubs in the Palm Springs area. This will be important to the reduction of Testing turnaround times.

Our Goals

In order to support the safety of the ultimate cannabis product, our services include independent and packaged testing for state of California compliance and certification of cannabis, extracts, and food products. Our equipment and staff will ensure we meet the testing requirements as established by the state.

Our Services

Our high tech instruments and State-of-the-Art laboratories, meet all of the California state requirements for cannabis product testing.

Cannabinoids Profiling
Cannabis testing is the scientific process of measuring different chemicals and compounds in the product. They can measure beneficial constituents like cannabinoids and terpenes, or not-so-desirable contaminants such as pesticides, mold, and residual solvents. Research is now showing that strains exhibit different compound profiles, unique “fingerprints” built by a specific composition of cannabinoids and terpenes.
Residual Solvent Analysis
Residual Solvents in pharmaceuticals, commonly known as organic volatile impurities (OVIs), are chemicals that are either used or produced during the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients and drug products. (OVIs) may also contaminate products during packaging, storage in warehouses and/or during transportation. Because residual solvents have no therapeutic benefits but may be hazardous to human health and the environment, it must be ensured that they are either not present in products or are only present below recommended acceptable levels.

Pesticide & Herbicide Analysis
Our innovative technologies help laboratories stay ahead of the curve. We provide powerful workflow solutions and expertise for ever-evolving pesticide residues analysis, to assist with regulatory compliance and food safety, food quality, and research and testing labs.
Microbiological Contaminants
Microbiological Contaminaton refers to the non-intended or accidental introduction of microbes such as bacteria, yeast, mould, fungi, virus, prions, protozoa or their toxins and by-products. We test to ensure there is no accidental introduction of infectious material and by-products.
Heavy Metal Analysis
Heavy metals are loosely defined, but they are a subset of atomic elements that exhibit metallic properties, such as transition metals and other metalloid elements. Some heavy metals such as iron, zinc, copper, cobalt, and manganese are necessary for proper physiological function at low levels; however, at higher concentrations these metals can be toxic. There are other metals such as mercury, plutonium, and lead that are toxic to our body regardless of the dose.

Microbiological Screening
All microbiological culture testing is subject to quality control tests in accordance with national accreditation standards and guidelines. This ensures that the risk of disease transmission is minimised and that tissue allografts are suitable for their intended use. We offer a full range of reliable microbial testing.
Terpene Profiling
Terpenes play a key role in differentiating the effects of various cannabis strains. Some terpenes promote relaxation and stress-relief, while others promote focus and acuity We offer the best profiling.
